Founding UI/UX & Graphic Designer

About the Role This is a rare founding design opportunity at a YC-backed consumer wearable company operating at the intersection of hardware, health, and human emotion. With prototypes already on users’ wrists and a launch film live, the product is real and moving fast. You will be the first design hire—owning the full consumer-facing design stack from day one. The founding team brings deep pedigree in consumer hardware, and aesthetics and taste are at the absolute core of this brand. A compelling portfolio is the single most important factor in this hire.

This role can be based in London or San Francisco, and is expected to grow into a design leadership position as the company scales.

What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end UI/UX design for the iOS app, from concept through high-fidelity production assets - Design and maintain the consumer website, ensuring a cohesive, premium brand experience - Create all social media, email, and communications design across every consumer touchpoint - Design event invitations, launch collateral, and campaign materials - Define and steward the brand's visual language — ensuring consistency across hardware, digital, and print - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, hardware, and marketing teams in a fast-moving early-stage environment
