This remote-first position is based in France and focuses on translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements to enable scalable solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, suppliers, and subject matter experts to bridge business objectives with technology delivery, contribute to process improvements, data migration activities, and the successful deployment of modern platforms.

Responsibilities - Analyze complex business processes and convert energy market requirements into detailed technical specifications and delivery plans. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, suppliers, and subject matter experts to define requirements and support successful implementation. - Create documentation including user acceptance criteria, data mappings, system integrations, and process flows. - Support large-scale transformation efforts by modernizing legacy processes and migrating to new platforms. - Coordinate business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout delivery. - Support data migration activities and help prepare systems for implementation. - Identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigations. - Facilitate collaboration across business, engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure solutions meet user and operational needs.
