You will contribute to the operational implementation of the HR policy within a defined scope, supporting managers and employees across all HR topics including recruitment, skills development, talent management, performance, and cross-functional projects. Key duties include advising local managers on daily topics such as organization, performance, and absences; applying HR group policies and procedures; addressing employee questions regarding working conditions, career progression, and mobility; and handling HR administration such as onboarding, contracts, amendments, mobility, and exits. You will participate in recruitment activities: defining needs, writing job postings, pre-qualifications, and interviews; coordinating onboarding in collaboration with managers and support teams.
