Overview: A partner company is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager based in Ireland to lead transformation initiatives and optimize how engineering teams operate. This is a fully remote role with the autonomy to shape workflows, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful change. The role combines hands-on project management with leadership and process improvement to deliver better speed, quality, and collaboration using data-driven insights, Agile methodologies, and delivery metrics.

Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end delivery processes to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase engineering team effectiveness and time-to-market. Drive change management by introducing new processes, frameworks, and best practices with strong team alignment. Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC practices to improve planning, execution, and collaboration. Manage scope, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and team capacity across complex initiatives. Monitor and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time, CFD, and burn-down/burn-up charts to support continuous improvement. Configure and optimize project management tools (Jira) including workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations, communicate progress, and resolve delivery challenges.
