This on-site position offers leads provided with no cold calling, paid training, and a strong earning potential (first-year earnings of $100,000–$200,000). As a Sunroom Sales Representative, you will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate and close sales, and participate in coaching and sales meetings. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required. Qualifications include a track record of success in consultative or in-home sales of high-ticket products, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus), a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
