Rugs USA is seeking a highly organized PMO Manager to lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within the Pricing & Assortment Planning team. Reporting to the VP of Pricing, Assortment & Merchandise, this on-site role based in New York will coordinate major programs including enterprise technology implementations, a company-wide product milestone calendar, and process transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and business growth.
