Cosmoprof is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our San Diego, California location. This on-site role focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and by guiding them through their product choices. The successful candidate will build relationships, encourage loyalty, promote promotions, and help customers enroll in the Loyalty program. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Physical/Working Conditions:

Build relationships and inspire loyalty
Recommend additional and complementary products
Inform customers of current promotions and events
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values
Adapt to a range of schedules to meet business needs
High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older
1+ years of retail sales or customer service preferred
Ability to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management
Ability to apply product knowledge to customer service
Able to read and explain product labels
Willingness to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally; may be on a ladder
May encounter fumes and odors
