Overview: The Annex Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to deliver excellent resident experiences, support property operations, and maintain compliance with housing programs.

Provide exceptional experiences for residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners.
Support resident services and property appearance standards to positively impact residents’ lives.
Assist the Community Manager in achieving KPI targets, including budgeted occupancy and staying within budget.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures and LIHTC program requirements (qualifying households, annual recertifications, state agency and investor reporting, and property-specific requirements).
Assist with documentation of internal and external reporting and with daily accounting functions (accounts receivable/payable).
Follow health and safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
1–2 years of management experience; property management or affordable housing experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and listening skills; ability to work independently and on multiple projects.
Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting; proficient with MS Office and social media.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
On-site in Bloomington, Indiana; fast-paced office with variable noise levels.
Independent and team work; frequent computer use; confidentiality of client information.
