You will partner with clients to define strategy and requirements, conduct product research, and prepare cost analyses in the ERP system. Responsibilities include creating decks and program summaries with the creative team, staying current on industry trends and compliance, proposing innovative and sustainable product options, ensuring a high-touch client experience, and resolving sourcing, timeline, quality, and budget challenges. You will collaborate with sourcing, purchasing, and operations to ensure feasibility and margins, support sales with new business opportunities, and help drive best practices. Qualifications: 4+ years in branded merchandise or related industry; strong customer service and client-facing skills; bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma acceptable); solid understanding of sourcing, vendor management, pricing, and production workflows; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs; ERP experience preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office; strategic thinker with a creative mindset; passion for branding and creating meaningful brand experiences.
