Project Harmony is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT) in Omaha, Nebraska. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Multidisciplinary Teams and provides leadership for case coordination within the child abuse and neglect MDT framework across designated service areas. MDTs are established to improve communication during and after investigations, ensure accountability within team responses, and enhance access to services for child victims and their families.

Essential duties and responsibilities: - Supervise and lead case coordinators to ensure consistent case review, effective team functioning, and follow-through on recommendations. - Support the Director in building positive relationships with internal and external partners. - Monitor MDT quality and consistency; help develop, implement, and evaluate protocols. - Develop policies and procedures for MDT operations. - Review child abuse and neglect reports with law enforcement and child protective services and provide summaries to MDTs to measure effectiveness and identify system improvements. - Participate in hiring processes for coordination staff and evaluate staff development and performance. - Ensure MDT members receive applicable training across disciplines and coordinate new team member orientation monthly or as needed. - Collaborate with the research/data team to monit
