We are seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer for Kubernetes who will act as a regional technical lead for the US East and EMEA regions. This is a remote role based in North America, with a strong preference for candidates located in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. The role primarily supports customers across the Eastern Time Zone and EMEA. You will embed with enterprise customers, taking them from initial evaluation to production deployment, and address the toughest technical questions that arise. Beyond customer engagements, you will help shape technical direction, establish deployment patterns the broader organization uses, and mentor engineers across the team. The work spans complex Kubernetes deployments and the operational constraints of large enterprise environments, solving the problems that determine whether AI initiatives reach production. Responsibilities include leading forward deployed engagements end-to-end, owning regional technical calls, designing changes to how the platform deploys to Kubernetes, and defining reusable reference architectures and deployment patterns. You will set the technical bar, mentoring engineers through design reviews and pairing, and shape how forward deployed work runs in the region.
