Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in the operation of the Canopy at South Lakes property in Denton, Texas. This position assists with leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and helps maintain financial records and property administration.
Key responsibilities include: assisting with advertising materials; showing units and screening applicants; maintaining records of rental levels; processing applications and coordinating approvals (credit checks, rental history, etc.); updating availability reports; monitoring renewals; distributing renewal notices; collecting rents and issuing receipts; processing lease paperwork and entering data into the Yardi system; coordinating maintenance requests; enforcing community policies; maintaining resident files; and representing the company professionally.

The role requires on-site work at Canopy at South Lakes in Denton, Texas, United States.
