The opportunity is for a CPA-qualified Finance Manager who will own multi-market finance operations for a consumer products business across the United States and Australia. You will act as the internal hub, coordinating numbers, models, and leadership reporting, while external tax and accounting firms in Australia and the United States handle local compliance. You will report to the Operations Director and work alongside a full-time bookkeeper and an AR/AP team member, with a direct impact on a growing, multi-market business.
What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day financial operations, own the month-end close and monthly reporting packs, review reconciliations from the bookkeeper and outsourced providers, and oversee cash flow across Australia and the US with close attention to inventory, working capital, and foreign exchange. You will process and review payroll obligations in both the US and Australia, supervise the bookkeeper and AR/AP staff, maintain and iterate 3-way financial models and rolling forecasts, and prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and board packs.

Maintain and optimize system integrations (Xero, Cin7, Shopify, Stripe, Airwallex), manage banking relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance obligations are met. Maintain internal controls to protect the integrity of financial data.
