About the team: The Ads Privacy Data Governance (APDG) team is at the forefront of Google’s commitment to user trust. We build and maintain privacy-compliance infrastructure across Google Ads, ensuring data handling aligns with global privacy standards and enabling a secure foundation for digital advertising. About Google Ads: Google Ads powers open internet experiences across search, display, shopping, travel, and video advertising, with analytics that help advertisers grow their businesses. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of distributed privacy infrastructure to manage large-scale data governance tasks.
• Build and integrate GenAI-driven solutions and agentic frameworks to automate complex compliance workflows for data owners.
• Manage and optimize production execution pipelines to ensure high availability and performance of privacy-critical systems.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Technical Program Managers to translate privacy policies into robust technical requirements.
• Own the full technical project lifecycle, from initial architecture design to deployment and long-term maintenance.
