Overview: We are seeking a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) to join marta, with options to work at our offices in Berlin or Bonn or remotely from Germany. Your role in our team: You will not perform cold outreach; instead you will engage with inbound requests and build your own pipeline by advising clients. You will explain the marta platform to clients, provide technical assistance in their search, and be responsible for closing contracts on the platform. You will independently manage your client base and accompany the deployment of caregivers as the primary contact for families. You will maintain regular contact with families, conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the caregiver, support caregiver changes, and prepare quotes. You will share best practices for conflict resolution with families and provide constructive feedback to help optimize internal processes and the customer experience.
