Role overview: - Lead UDOT’s BIM program and direct Digital Delivery (DD) and Digital Twin (DT) strategies, optimize workflows, assess software platforms, and manage tool support. - Manage and supervise staff in BIM roles, overseeing Digital Design workflows and Digital Construction processes, and data integration with pay systems. - Oversee consultant contracts, including defining tasks, scopes, and budgets, and manage federal grant applications and compliance (e.g., Accelerated Innovation Deployment and Advanced Digital Construction Management System grants). - Serve as UDOT liaison for pooled fund infrastructure studies and participate in FHWA peer exchanges with other states.
