We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our hybrid delivery teams in Athens, Greece.
What you’ll do: - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for efficient and reliable data processing. - Implement and optimize data models, data storage, and data integration solutions. - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
What you’ll bring: - Proficiency in programming languages focused on data analytics (ideally Python and PySpark). - Minimum 3 years of professional development experience in SQL, ETL, and data warehousing. - Expertise in modern data warehousing techniques (Kimball / Inmon modeling, Data Vault 2.0). - Practical knowledge of a Cloud Platform (e.g., Azure, Databricks). - Solid understanding of Microsoft BI solutions (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI). - Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster). - Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. - A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
