Key responsibilities: - Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth. - Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase customer lifetime value and expand Reeco’s footprint within enterprises. - Build executive relationships to understand business priorities, identify opportunities, and position Reeco as a long-term strategic partner. - Drive renewals and proactively identify risks, create action plans, and protect recurring revenue. - Identify and lead expansion opportunities across additional properties, users, products, and services. - Partner with Sales to shape account strategies, support commercial discussions, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Lead strategic customer conversations, including Executive Business Reviews, demonstrating ROI and future growth. - Use customer
