Alice is seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our GenAI safety program. In this role, you will help secure the next generation of Generative AI tools by analyzing content infringements, owning end-to-end engagements from planning through execution and quality assurance, and collaborating with subject matter experts across Hate Speech, Misinformation, Intellectual Property and Copyright, and other areas. About The Role

Alice is seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our GenAI safety program. In this role, you will help secure the next generation of Generative AI tools by analyzing content infringements, owning end-to-end engagements from planning through execution and quality assurance, and collaborating with subject matter experts across Hate Speech, Misinformation, Intellectual Property and Copyright, and other areas. Key responsibilities:

Develop adversarial and risk-based prompt strategies across abuse areas to reveal model vulnerabilities.
Own projects end-to-end—from planning and execution through QA and delivery—with accountability for outcomes.
Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of knowledge exchange and continuous learning.
Manage large datasets across multiple languages and abuse domains, ensuring precision.
Investigate new tactics to circumvent foundational model safety measures.
Partner with cross-functional teams—engineering, product, policy—to craft forward-looking strategies and resolutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI Safety and/or Responsible AI and/or Trust and Safety.
Proven track record of end-to-end project management.
Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Experience working directly with clients, including attending client meetings and managing relationships day to day.
Familiarity with recent Generative AI models and agents; direct technical experience is not required.
