Inzerty is seeking a Junior Functional IT Consultant (Business Analyst) to join a project team delivering an innovative transport-sector solution. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, document, and formalize requirements and to support their implementation. You will contribute to the functional design, write and update project documentation, and oversee the different phases of delivery.

The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, document, and formalize requirements and to support their implementation. You will contribute to the functional design, write and update project documentation, and oversee the different phases of delivery.
What you will do: - Monday: gather and analyze business needs with stakeholders. - Tuesday: produce functional documentation, capture business rules, user journeys, and functional specifications. - Wednesday: coordinate with developers to address functional questions; participate in project meetings and follow up actions. - Thursday: monitor development progress; assist with test preparations and issue tracking. - Friday: update documentation; contribute to process and method improvement workshops.
What we are looking for: - First professional experience (apprenticeship, long internship, or CDI) in Business Analysis, AMOA, PMO IT, IT project management, or project coordination. - Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Knowledge of SQL, REST API, or Agile methods is a plus. - Strong writing skills and enjoy collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - Eligible for the insertion by the Economic Activity (IAE). - Personal qualities: rigorous, curious, organized, good listener, analytical, communicative, motivated to grow in IT projects.
