Responsibilities include leading end-to-end product development; owning product performance, user experience improvements, and key metrics; launching and managing A/B tests to optimize funnels and conversions; analyzing user behavior and product data to drive decisions; building, analyzing, and optimizing product funnels; collaborating with Gamification, Product Content, CRM, and Marketing teams; initiating and launching new features and product improvements; defining product backlog, priorities, and roadmaps.
