Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a leading engineering company specializing in safety-critical systems for aerospace and defence, is seeking a Program Management Support professional to support Airbus Helicopters in Germany, contributing to NH90 maintenance, upgrade, and contract management activities. Location: Donauwörth, Bavaria, Germany. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities include supporting program and contract management activities for NH90 helicopter maintenance programs, monitoring costs, risks, opportunities, and project performance, managing customer requests, issues, and contractual deviations, analyzing KPIs and preparing reports, coordinating complex helicopter upgrade activities with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the preparation of commercial proposals and customer offers. Requirements include a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; experience in program management, contract management, or project support, preferably in aerospace or defense; knowledge of cost controlling, risk management, and performance reporting; experience working with customers, contracts, and claims management processes; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex technical environment; B2/C1 English level – mandatory; B1/B2 German level – desirable; applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
