This position leads proactive full-cycle recruitment, builds diverse talent pipelines, delivers an exceptional candidate experience, and guides onboarding and orientation for new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies align with AMSOIL's mission, values, and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of talent acquisition; developing sourcing strategies for operational, professional, and leadership roles; assessing candidates; coordinating interviews; communicating role expectations and compensation and benefits; designing onboarding processes; and supporting Affirmative Action compliance. The role also involves creating recruitment campaigns, participating in job fairs, networking with associations and educational institutions, and presenting AMSOIL as an employer. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field with at least five years of Talent Acquisition experience; strong sourcing skills and ATS experience (Dayforce preferred); familiarity with OFCCP and Affirmative Action; preferred certifications such as CTAS or PHR/SPHR. Compensation includes a pay range of $68,900 - $81,100, plus potential bonuses and merit increases.
