Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers at customer locations, placing product orders to maintain adequate inventory, merchandising beverage sections, stocking and rotating products, and ensuring displays and coolers are properly stocked according to company standards. The role also acts as a mentor and backup for others in the sales organization and supports in-store promotions and back-room operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. 1+ years in retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods is required. Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and PDF on iPhone/iPad is required. This is an on-site position serving locations in Washington state including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Silverdale, and Gig Harbor. Compensation includes a base pay range of $68,690 to $90,156 plus a bonus structure, with a comprehensive benefits package.
