Turner is seeking a Project Manager for an advanced technology semiconductor construction project in Portland, Oregon. The role leads the day-to-day management of the project, reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, and focuses on building high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Responsibilities include managing and developing staff, maintaining client relationships to establish a trusted-advisor status, administering contracts and subcontracts, developing and communicating the Master Project Schedule, managing the project budget and financial reporting, and leading QA/QC and safety programs. The successful candidate will drive risk assessment, contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and compliance with Turner's ethics and corporate programs; oversee field operations, engineering processes, and relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure timely pay applications; and report progress through regular Operations Review Meetings.
