Senior Program Manager responsible for data center construction and special projects. Lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects across North America, coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure safety and quality. Oversee a team of program managers and engineers, providing leadership for both new construction and capital-improvement programs. This is an on-site role with a minimum of 50% on-site work in West Texas and up to 50% travel domestically and internationally.
