Enra Specialist Finance is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Primary Servicing Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and support customers through their financial journey. The role encompasses handling calls, post and email correspondence, and ensuring timely responses within SLAs; processing new account uploads; submitting BACS files and resolving unpaid direct debits or payments; cash allocation to ensure funds are applied to the correct accounts; servicing team banking activities including cash/card allocations, redemptions, part settlements, and related tasks; updating files with title information; actioning deeds of postponement and easements; ensuring printing is completed within SLAs; handling E-DS1 uploads, payment holidays, overpayments, exits, refunds and arrears reporting; dealing with solicitors' missing title registrations; coordinating month-end cash allocations that may extend beyond 17:30; managing CRA returns (CAIS); checking and actioning any accounts in credit at month end; assisting the Senior Servicing Manager and Head of Group Servicing to ensure effective operation of the Servicing Team. The role includes taking calls from customers and third parties to assist in loan administration and address queries. This is an on-site role based in Watford, United Kingdom.
