In the Data & Strategy team, you translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions, develop decision-support information, and create dashboards that enable reliable, data-informed decisions, contributing to the performance and development of the organization. You will be part of an agile reporting team with a product owner, BI analysts, and data engineers, working closely with stakeholders from the business, data analytics, and IT teams. You understand strategic challenges in the B2B domain and translate them into concrete information needs, reports, and dashboards that are actually used. Your responsibilities include translating strategic and tactical questions into concrete data and information solutions; serving as a sparring partner for management and stakeholders in the B2B domain; developing steering information, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reports; identifying trends and risks from data analysis; prioritizing information needs and translating them into requirements for data and BI solutions; ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability of reports and data products; contributing to the further professionalization of data-driven working practices; coaching colleagues on complex questions.
