Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage existing and new client relationships from briefing to invoicing
Coordinate designers and CAD drafters for presentations
Support the creation of client presentations
Prepare specifications based on renderings/CAD as the basis for cost estimates
Independently calculate trade show projects
Select, manage, and coordinate suppliers and partners for trade show projects
Develop customer-specific solutions considering economic factors
Ensure quality and execution of projects
Ensure adherence to budgets and construction timelines
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients on all project questions
Completed vocational training and/or university degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in account management and/or project management (exhibition construction)
Structured thinking and strong communication within team and with clients
Organizational strength and good cost understanding
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Very good English language skills
Willingness to travel for project support
Friendly and professional team with flat hierarchies; open communication
