You will be responsible for the accurate administration of sales agreements with groups of public and private hospitals across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. You will empower your team, ensure day-to-day activities are prioritized, and KPIs are met. As the link between the department and the rest of the organization, you will coordinate escalations with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute mid-term strategy and plan for business continuity and succession. The ideal candidate combines a confident, communicative management style with strong organizational skills and the ability to switch tasks and priorities. Experience with public procurement in Europe is not required. The role reports to the Manager Tender & Contracts and is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands, with a culture of collaboration, innovation, and openness.
