Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead European radar programs for automated and assisted driving from concept to series production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, industrialization, quality, purchasing and manufacturing to deliver life‑saving radar sensors that support safe, scalable mobility.

Responsibilities

Take end‑to‑end ownership for strategic European radar programs, ensuring scope, quality, timing, cost and customer satisfaction targets.
Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution across engineering, industrialization, quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer teams.
Lead cross‑functional international project teams and establish effective governance and decision‑making mechanisms.
Align customer requirements with radar platform roadmaps and drive technical and commercial trade‑offs.
Represent projects in management reviews and steering committees; provide transparent status reporting and risk assessments with recommended actions.
Identify and mitigate technical, organizational and commercial risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage customer escalations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple programs and product generations to optimize resources and performance.
Be the voice of the customer within the Radar Business Unit while balancing portfolio interests.
Foster collaboration across internationa
