Responsibilities include: supporting execution across multiple CX workstreams with governance standards; maintaining delivery momentum through proactive follow-up; owning Jira hygiene, status accuracy and dependency tracking across high-volume, high-complexity backlogs; continuously refining Jira usage to reflect genuine progress; building and maintaining delivery dashboards that show risks, dependencies and overdue items; translating Jira and backlog data into simple insights for non-technical stakeholders; maintaining project plans, action logs and RAID trackers and supporting first-pass reporting for weekly and leadership forums; tracking actions from meetings and ensuring they live in dashboards; participating hands-on in delivery activity; applying hands-on Jira experience to real delivery; maintaining a track record of using structured task-tracking tools; demonstrating ownership through proactive follow-ups and proce
