Connected Places Catapult provides impartial 'innovation as a service' for public bodies, businesses, and infrastructure providers to catalyse step-change improvements in the way people live, work and travel. This hands-on role involves applying data analytics and emerging technologies to understand, model, and solve real-world challenges. You will work with multidisciplinary teams of technologists, researchers, designers, project managers, and external partners from industry, academia, and government. The role includes analysing and visualising data, developing analytical models and prototypes, supporting AI and ML techniques, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.

You will contribute to technical analysis and solution design while continually learning on the job, including developing domain expertise, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.

Location Hybrid working arrangement based in London with occasional work in Milton Keynes and other UK locations as needed (minimum two days per week in the office).
