How you will make an impact: - Partner with business leaders to deliver the people strategy across North America, aligning local priorities with business objectives. - Lead employee relations by managing complex cases, providing expert guidance, and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes. - Strengthen engagement and culture through local initiatives, internal communications, and action planning that improve the colleague experience. - Drive organizational effectiveness by supporting organization design, change programs, workforce planning, and talent reviews. - Ensure compliance and minimise risk by maintaining HR policies, supporting audits and providing guidance on employment legislation and governance. - Improve people processes and analytics through data-driven decision making, HR systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
