KEENFINITY, a global leader in security and professional communication solutions, invites applications for an Inside Sales Intern in Telecommunications for the IQSIGHT division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship supports the sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships. It provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify prospective customers across target industries. - Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. - Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. - Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system. - Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads. - Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports. - Support sales campaigns and promotional activities. - Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion. - Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports. - Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications: - Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience; recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. - Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Basic knowledge
