Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage existing customers: direct communication via email, phone, and chat
Handle inquiries: answer initial questions, document properly, escalate internally when needed
Coordinate with internal teams: closely collaborate with privacy/InfoSec/product teams
Ensure customer satisfaction: follow up on open items and close solutions
Improve processes: implement new workflows and continuously optimize existing ones
Schedule coordination: plan, prepare, and track internal and external appointments
Maintain CRM: keep customer data, activities, and inquiries up to date
Support the team: help colleagues with day-to-day tasks
Studies: enrolled student (ideally business administration/economics or similar) with at least one year of study remaining
Working style: reliable, structured, independent; ask questions when unclear
Communication: strong service mindset, friendly and clear in communication
Tools: proficient in MS Office (Google Workspace a plus)
