We are seeking a Field-based Retail Sales Representative to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction across retail locations in the Northwest region. The role covers Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales, and includes training, coaching, and driving sales initiatives across the Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fiberon product lines. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of sales experience, the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, and the capacity to deliver product knowledge sessions to retail staff. This on-site position requires regular travel within the Northwest region, with approximately 50% travel to Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, including concentrations around Seattle, WA and Portland, OR.
