In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and industry trends, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to deliver customized solutions, monitor account performance and KPIs, prepare regular reports, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction. You will negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing, stay informed about competitors and market dynamics, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the baking industry. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, typically 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
