What you will be doing - Define and implement machine learning projects end-to-end, from conception through data preparation, model engineering, evaluation, deployment and monitoring - Establish and develop ML Ops frameworks and standards for clients - Work with clients to upskill their teams and ensure ownership after project completion - Perform maturity assessments of clients' Cloud/AI environments and recommend improvements - Build ML strategy blueprints and advise on technology options - Translate business requirements into solutions and help define policies, standards and governance - Identify risks and mitigations for ML/DS programs and support transitions from on-prem to cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Address ML model governance topics such as fairness, transparency, interpretability and accountability

Your Skills and Experience - Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or related STEM field - Strong problem-solving with classical ML and deep learning: traditional ML algorithms, transformers and state-of-the-art DL - Excellent collaboration and client-facing communication - Interest in building AI applications, including forecasting tools, image recognition and LLM-based chatbo
