This role serves as the team’s coach, Live it culture ambassador, and business strategist, guiding development and daily support to achieve strong occupancy and a thriving community. Core duties include financial and administrative oversight (budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting); move-outs and deposit accounting; delinquency tracking; maintaining accurate records in Yardi and Knock; ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards; driving leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies; partnering with maintenance on work orders; overseeing vendor services; and building a positive team culture across the office and maintenance. The role also emphasizes resident experience and engagement, planning events, managing online reviews, and maintaining open communication with leadership and ownership groups. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles), six months of community manager experience in multifamily preferred; experience with Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft is highly preferred; and CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, or Property Management license preferred.
