Talent Acquisition Partner – Commercial Roles (on-site in Elsbethen, Austria)

Red Bull HR und Legal Services GmbH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Sales organization with end-to-end recruitment. You will be the primary point of contact for all recruitment and talent acquisition topics and will advise the Sales Department from our global headquarters. You will manage the entire talent acquisition process, from talent mapping and sourcing to marketing activities, interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring speed, transparency, and effective communication among hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. You will focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience by guiding applicants in a professional and personable manner, and you will develop talent attraction initiatives to strengthen our employer brand. Qualifications include a degree in a relevant field such as HR, law, psychology, business administration, or social economy, and at least five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in an international FMCG environment. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus. We value proactive, highly organized professionals who can build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
