Product Manager – Agri
We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic Agri Product Manager to join our Agricultural Buying team. You will build strong supplier relationships, shape category strategies, and drive performance to ensure our customers have the products they need, when they need them. You will work closely with suppliers, stores, and internal teams in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement.
About the Role - Lead a portfolio of agricultural product categories, manage performance, and support delivery of the business plan. - Negotiate with suppliers and develop category strategies to secure competitive pricing and strong availability. - Develop annual business plans for designated categories, including sales strategy and margin targets. - Monitor category sales, availability, and customer satisfaction; coordinate campaigns with Marketing and Operations. - Analyse product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decisions. - Coach and develop Product Management Assistants to support their development.
