We are seeking a Senior Android Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader on our mobile team, driving the design and implementation of Android features for our flagship app used by millions of customers to secure and automate homes and businesses. The mobile team handles real-time video streaming, IoT device controls, security system management, and smart home automation. As a Senior Android Software Engineer, you will mentor fellow engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with iOS, backend, QA, and product teams. Typical projects involve Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android media frameworks for video streaming, and RESTful backend API integrations. Exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to lead technical discussions, and a track record of delivering production-quality software are essential. You must communicate effectively across teams and own features from conception to delivery.
