Associate Account Manager role on-site in Pristina, Kosovo. Slice is growing and seeking an Associate Account Manager to handle escalations for partner shops using the Slice platform. You will play a crucial role in retention and success by resolving issues, strengthening relationships, and delivering world-class solutions to independent pizzerias that compete with major franchises.
The Team: The Account Management team champions Slice’s relationships with partner shops and delivers an exceptional experience to our customers. The team includes more than 20 professionals across North America and Europe and reports to a Team Lead in Account Management.

What We're Looking For: - 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or account management (hospitality/restaurant experience is highly preferred). - Ability to manage high-risk accounts with a focus on saves and growth. - Ability to manage a portfolio of low-volume, high-potential accounts. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Excel, and other account-management tools. - Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. - Team player with a positive mindset. - Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
