About the role

Talent Acquisition Associate (Contract) – London, Hybrid

nPlan is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end recruitment for scarce technical roles in AI, product, and enterprise infrastructure sales related to major projects. This contractor role has potential to grow and works in a small team (around fifty people) where one hire moves the needle.

You will own five to seven live searches simultaneously, with no coordinator beneath you. You’ll source actively—build target lists, market maps, and outreach that yields responses from passive candidates—then screen, coordinate, and guide offers to close. Data-driven recruitment is essential: keep your data honest, know your metrics, and adjust your approach as needed. You’ll also get onboarding on our AI tooling and a budget to develop your skills, with roughly a quarter to reach fluency.
