Join a high-performing global People team in a maternity cover role that combines Talent Acquisition with HR Business Partnering. Based in London on a hybrid basis, the role covers recruitment across the UK, US and Europe and supports the Chief People Officer and wider People team with HR projects. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of corporate, commercial and leadership roles, partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, proactively source diverse talent, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will also act as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising managers and senior leaders, driving organisational change and DEI initiatives, and using data to influence hiring decisions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and international markets, strong ATS/HRIS experience (HiBob preferred), and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role offers the autonomy to influence business decisions through market insights and hands-on recruitment, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
