Your mission: - Manage open positions end-to-end, from active outreach to offer - Develop creative strategies to attract candidates at all levels in logistics and production - Work closely with Hiring Managers, provide guidance, and manage the entire process - Be a reliable part of the TA team, take responsibility, and support cross-team - Contribute to recruiting and employer branding projects with ideas, structure, and execution - Document processes and maintain a structured approach

Your experience & skills: - Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment or in personnel services - Ideally familiar with filling production and logistics roles - Strong motivation for recruiting in production/logistics; drive to attract top blue-collar talent - Structured, reliable, process-focused; documentation is part of professional work - Comfortable with change and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously - Stron
