Senior Software Developer – Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), City of New York. Location: New York, New York (on-site).
DCAS Information Technology (IT) collaborates with the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation to manage the agency's software and hardware needs, develop and maintain applications, and secure citywide systems. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, and system oversight for the Unified Procurement Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role designs and implements scalable, secure, high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Azure stack and within Dynamics 365 CRM, and owns the technical direction of enterprise .NET and Dynamics 365 CRM configurations across configuration, customization, and integration layers. You will lead architectural reviews and establish coding standards, and you will mentor junior and mid-level developers.

You will perform requirements gathering, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, conduct QA, write unit and integration tests, and identify and fix performance issues to meet SLAs. You will provide production support, maintain technical documentation, and research emerging technologies aligned with agency goals and security standards.
