Cologne, Germany – Hybrid: bubbled, a young and creative social-media start-up agency, is seeking a collaborative Social Media Manager to help brands stand out in the digital world with fresh ideas and compelling content.
Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies for both B2B and B2C clients; creating channel- and audience-specific editorial calendars; advising and supporting our social-media clients; analyzing performance and delivering actionable reports.
Content management includes planning, coordinating, and publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms; close collaboration with our Creative Team on visuals, reels, ads, and campaigns; drafting briefs for creators and designers; ensuring quality control.

Paid social: planning and managing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more; monitoring KPIs and budgets; developing new performance approaches based on data.
Qualifications: first professional experience in social media marketing; proficient with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite; experience planning and executing social campaigns; familiarity with influencer marketing; knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus;
