Responsibilities

Verify incoming documents according to standard procedures applicable in each country.
Post PO and non-PO invoices into SAP promptly and maintain quality standards.
Handle supplier inquiries related to financial transactions with professionalism.
Support process improvements and maintain strong vendor relationships through timely payments.
You enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve how processes are performed.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across borders.
Fluency in English; strong communication skills; high attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. German language skills (B1 or higher) are advantageous.
This role requires in-office presence 50% of the time plus one additional day per month.
An international environment with teams across countries and a Scandinavian working style (flat structure, informal atmosphere, no formal dress code).
Flexible hybrid work model balancing office collaboration with home office.
